I HAVE A DREAM! One of our members has suggested we purchase our own premises, -the Community Centre and surrounding grounds in the Redwood complex is for sale. This includes the building, a bowling green and a croquet lawn as well as some surrounding ground which would allow for at least two more croquet lawns. All we need is around $2 million. It has been suggested that members donate some money for purchasing a tattslotto ticket under a syndicate name of KCC. If we win the $2 million we consider buying the facilities. If we win a smaller prize the money goes into club funds and if we lose – we lose. It is up to each individual member to decide if they wish to be included in this enterprise. A donation box is now at the Club for those who wish to participate in this dream.
