Croquet Open Singles Championships 

To be held at   Northern Tasmania Croquet Centre

Friday 6th to Sunday 8th December

Entries close 6pm Friday  22 November

After entries have closed the following decisions will be made by the Tournament Manager depending on the number of entries and the handicap/index levels of players:

  • Time limits for games
  • Competition formats (e.g. Round Robin, Knockout etc.)
  • Number of games per day
  • 13 or 19 points games
  • Divisions:
    These are most likely to be Open (-6 to 5) , Div 2 (6 to 10) and Div 3 (11 to 20) Competitors who state on the entry form that they wish to play in the Open division may do so.  

It is envisaged that play will commence late morning on Friday  6th December.

 

Daily lawn fees will be payable at the venue. Catering for lunches will be available.

(Your name should appear there within a few days of your entering, if it doesn’t then contact the Tournament Manager)

Entry fee $15 per player.    Juniors $7.50  Additional daily lawn fees may be payable to the venue.
(Refunds cannot be paid if you withdraw after the draw has been published)

Note: All entries must be made on-line and all entry fees must be made via direct debit or at a bank.   If you need help with either of these conditions please ask your Club Secretary or a fellow member.

e.g. The amount and if paid by cash or direct deposit (include bank receipt number) .
Or if someone else is paying for you. Or if you are paying for someone else and if so whom.
Or if you are also paying to enter another event as well.
The treasurer needs these details to reconcile the bank account, and the Tournament Manager needs to check which entrants have actually paid.
