Lizzie Bassett winner of the TCA AC Open singles with Manager Leigh Herington. A very sunburnt, hat haired Lizzie won 7 games out of 9, to win. Runner up was Ian Bassett on 6 wins.
Interstate visitors were very impressed with the running of the tournament at New Town and thanks must go to Gaylene and Alan Broom, Doreen Briant, Suze Lord and of course our manager extraordinaire, lawn mower, shoe fixer, and referee Leigh Herington.
